malcolm@directfs.com Malcolm spent a number of years in the financial services industry working first with a life company and then as an IFA, before co-founding Direct FS in 1999 with Alex Knaggs. He jointly oversees Direct’s strategic development, and also works closely with our subsidiary companies. |

paula@directfs.com Having spent a number of years with Halifax PLC in underwriting roles, Paula joined the Direct team in 2001. Paula is responsible for all of our administrative functions with the AIP/processing/second charge and commercial teams reporting to her. |
